Slight alterations for the purposes of reselling my files in a digital format is not allowed. Our designs are not "elements" to be used to create other digital designs for sale. This is in direct competition to me. I spend a lot of time painting these. You may use my designs as a tool for your personal or business use. You must create something completely new.
Failure to comply with these terms is in direct violation of trade dress and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
